Punctual Graphics offers high-quality music typesetting to publishers, composers and orchestras. Our services include preparation and typesetting of any kind of music manuscript, such as orchestra scores, instrumental parts, albums for solo instrument etc. We also offer complete solutions for full-color, educational music books (including manual and digital artwork). We are equipped with the most recent software and hardware to fulfill each customer's needs and are able to deliver typeset material in a variety of ways, including via the Internet.

Even though I have been using Score for many years to create high-quality music typesetting, I have been worried about the future of music typesetting because Score does not seem to be able to keep up with the current computer technology and other music notation software is not advanced enough to produce the kind of quality we want to deliver. Music Press, however, is the first program that did capture my interest because it allows a very high level of control over each aspect of the engraving process. It uses very intelligent and flexible defaults, which makes several things a lot faster, and its interface is very user-friendly and uncluttered.

An important factor that continues to keep my interest in Music Press, is the responsiveness of Graphire towards my suggestions for program improvements and new features. In the past year that I have been using Music Press, numerous improvements have been made and several features I asked for have been implemented already. With the current new version for the PC, Music Press is definitely a new player that is worth following up. I have been able to complete several large projects with Music Press in a very satisfactory way, which means within the time frame, within the budget and without compromising on quality.

If this program continues to evolve the way it has done over the past year, then I will certainly switch more and more projects from Score to Music Press.
